I need an expert opinion on a clothing order that I received, which seems to be an inferior knockoff of what I originally purchased.

The cut is different most notably in the sleeve, the website offered a chiffon blouse and what I received was cheap polyester, not even close to chiffon. Plain and simple, it’s a blouse made “similar” to what was pictured, but not the blouse I ordered. The color is also “similar” but a far cry from the one pictured.
