Experienced web designer required

Hi, I am looking for an advance skilled web designer to refresh my wp website.. someone who can design cutting edge web designs, modern slick looking landing pages with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. I am not looking for a basic web design, although I don't mind using elementor, you must be able to inject clean custom code (W3C standard code) where required. I am looking for a modern trendy website with animations to give visitors a unique experience.
