Our website's foundation on Shopify is set, but we need an experienced web developer to bring our vision to life, focusing on a dynamic subscription service and e-commerce functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a Subscription Service: Set up a three-tier subscription model allowing customers to choose from different subscription levels. Ensure the system is intuitive and user-friendly, enabling easy sign-ups and management of subscription preferences.
- E-Commerce Integration: Develop a seamless shopping experience for customers to purchase lotion sets (including an outer bottle with an inner refill), individual refill bottles with selectable scents, and standalone outer bottles. Each product option should offer scent selection where applicable.
- Pre-Order System: Implement a pre-order system for our launch on April 4th, ensuring customers can place orders in advance. The system should handle initial and recurring billing accurately, especially the nuanced first-order process based on the order date.
- SMS Notifications: Integrate SMS notifications to update customers on order status, shipments, delivery confirmations, and weekly specials or announcements.
- Social Media Integration: Connect our website with our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn) to streamline content sharing and enhance our online presence.
- Live Chat & Customer Support: Implement a live chat feature for real-time customer support, including a bot for common inquiries and the ability to route messages directly to phones for personal handling.
