Experienced Retail Account Manager Needed

I'm in need of an experienced account manager to support our business leadership team. This position requires someone with ample experience in the retail industry, specifically someone who has been working in this sector for more than 5 years. This role will involve managing client accounts, providing sales support, and assisting with our business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts: You'll be responsible for maintaining our relationship with existing clients in the retail sector, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Provide sales support: You'll work to support our sales team in their efforts to meet and exceed our revenue targets.
- Assist with business development: Your extensive experience in the retail industry will be invaluable as you collaborate with our leadership team to identify new opportunities and grow our business.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have more than 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Be available during EST/PST working hours.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a team player and able to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people.
