Experienced Figma website designer needed

I have about four websites which need professional design input. A gallery based ecommerce site and a Wordpress based site providing articles and consultancy information.

You will need:
1) Access to Figma and extensive experience using it.
2) A demonstrable track record showing modern website design
3) Strong experience producing mobile and desktop designs
4) Be able to start fairly immediately once the job is accepted

I'm an experienced ex developer with some design experience so you will be dealing with someone who has good knowledge of the process.

Please do NOT SEND A TEMPLATE RESPONSE. If you do, I will ignore it. You're wasting your time and everyone elses by just responding to every job that comes up.

What I need from you now:

1) Links to your best three examples of site design. They should be modern, clean and simple.
2) In a few words confirmation of your Figma experience
3) An estimate of how many hours work you expect a small 8 page website to take

I want to pay by the hour. If the relationship doesn't work our I'll cancel the job quickly. If it does we'll keep going.

I will produce a spec with copy, site structure and some concepts to give you a sense of what other designs I like.
