Need a excell sheet with a site with the total of all "contractor" that are set to the single projects.
All contractors have thei own page, that u can upload a invoice who is saved on the web/sky. The single invoice that is uploaded is set by date, amount, billing nr, and are taget and subtaget with the right tag, that are selected from dropdowns.

I also wonder, how is your thoughts about the storing of the invoices/files that are uploaded. This should be on the web/sky.
Also need a "scan" function, so we can compare a invoice towards a "offer from a supplier", so we can see if the price is corrext.
So it needs to be possible to upload an offer/pdf that you get from a supplier, so when you upload an invoice you can scan it towards the uploaded "offers", and it compares the single line with same NOBB number, and if the price do not match, this is market in the uploaded invoice.
The best is to have this on the web.
