UX Enhancement Drupal website

I am looking to improve the user experience of my platform for young adults. There are several key user flows that need to be optimized, and I am looking for a Drupal professional to help me with this.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in UX design and user research, preferably with a focus on young adults
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with me to implement the changes

- a live counter for verbs in Exercises page
- transfer groups from nodes to database tables.
- make a statistic page about data in database
- a better layout for exercises page = make it a compacter form ; not 3 colums
- more options in Exercises selectors
- allow multiple answers in Exercises
- keep score of tests done per student / teacher follow up
