English / Spanish customer service officer (French is a most)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
For a new project starting in march, we are looking for a -longterm- customer service officer.
The project is : a real estate online directory (similar to idealista)
- You will receive customer requests directly
- Only by email
- If needed, you will escalate the request to 2nd level technical or administration
You should be available X hours per week, depending of your contract.
Payment may be flat fee, or per hour (depending our discussion).
IMPORTANT : LANGUAGES
We need english and spanish mandatory.
