My employment-law practice needs a clean, responsive website that clearly explains our services and gives potential clients an easy way to reserve a consultation online. The core of the build is informational: the Home page will introduce the firm’s focus on workplace rights, the About Us page will present solicitor profiles and our approach to advocacy, and the Service Details page will outline each area we cover—from wrongful dismissal to contract review—so visitors immediately understand how we can help.

An integrated appointment-scheduling system is essential. I want prospects to choose a time, enter brief case details, and receive automated confirmations without leaving the site. If the tool you suggest syncs with Google or Outlook calendars, even better; please describe how you will configure it and any licence fees involved.

Design should reflect a modern, professional tone—think clear typography, trust-building colour palette, and imagery that conveys resolution in workplace disputes. Accessibility and mobile optimisation are non-negotiable, and fast loading times are a must because many clients reach us during work breaks on their phones.

Deliverables I will review for acceptance:
• Fully deployed, responsive website with the three pages above, tested across major browsers and devices
• Integrated, working appointment-scheduler connected to our calendar
• Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, alt tags) so search engines can index each page accurately
• Handover of theme files, custom code (if any), and login credentials, plus a brief guide so my staff can edit text or add future blog content
