Employee & anonymous business Review Website based on work atmosphere
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Website briefing
I want to create a website where people can review companies based on their work atmosphere, culture, and related factors. The website will have two main target audiences:
1. People who currently have (or have had) a job and want to leave a review about their experience.
2. People who are looking for a job and are interested in information about the opinions of current/old employees.
Key Features:
1. Anonymous Reviews: users must have the option to write reviews anonymously or use a self-chosen username. This is an essential feature to encourage honest feedback.
2. Company Submission by Users: new users should have the ability to add companies to the platform themselves. This eliminates the need for manual additions by us and ensures that small and lesser-known companies can also be included.
3. Filter system: the website must have a filter and search system so users can easily find the companies in which they are interested. For example, they can search by company name, industry, location, or ratings.
4. Simple Review Process with Structured Questions: the review process should be straightforward and should include structured questions to guide users. The questions include:
• The overall rating of the company (users can rate by giving stars 1 to 5).
• How often does the company organize team outings? (rate by party emoticon, 1 to 5).*
• How would you rate the work culture? (rate by start 1 to 5).
• how would you rate the salary? (rate by euro-character, 1 to 5).
• Additional comments/feedback. We want to encourage users to write about their experiences after they rated the company in stars. By doing that, people who are looking for a job will have more detailed information about what it is like to work there.
5. Design and user experience: the website should have a stylish, modern, and user-friendly design. It should be visually appealing and easy to navigate.
6. Glassdoor-like functionality: the functionality should resemble websites like Glassdoor.com, where users can find reviews about companies and make informed decisions about potential employers.
7. Built in Elementor (preferred): ideally, the website should be built in Elementor so that we can easily adjust. However, if Elementor cannot accommodate all the required functionalities, I am open to other solutions.
8. Other details: the primary language of the website will be Dutch, but it can initially ben developed in English. I can manually translate the texts afterwards.
*please note the attached file is showing an example of what a specific companies page should look like.
Users should be able to see the overall rating of a company immediately. If wanted, they can read the actual reviews of people by scrolling down. I would like to add a ‘’read more’’ button so not all reviews have to be loaded when visiting the page. This will decrease the loading time.
If this collaboration is successful, we would be open to continuing the partnership for future updates to this website or other potential projects.
