Employee Performance & Time Management Platform

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a comprehensive web application that will serve a dual purpose: evaluating employee performance and managing working hours and absences.
Key Features:
●The System must be able to authenticate and authorize three types of users: Admin, Project Manager, and Manager.
●The System must allow only admin users to create and manage projects, assign the latter to a chosen set of employees, as well as share them with external customers.
●The System must allow project manager users to assign project activities to employees and define maximum working hours, provided that the employees have already been assigned to that project by an Admin user
●The System must allow Employee users to record the hours worked by managing a personalized to-do list with the list of activities to do for each project, mark an activity as completed/blocked/in progress/to be started, view the differences between hours budgeted and actual working hours and access all documents concerning him (pay slip, contract, project documents for which he is responsible).
●The system must implement a document management system for payroll, employment contracts, and payments, with appropriate levels of visibility based on user privileges.
Management of Working Hours and Absences:
- Time Tracking: The platform must be able to track employee working hours.
- Leave Request Processing: It should allow employees to submit requests for leave and for the management to review and approve or deny them.
- Overtime Management: The system should also track and manage overtime hours.
The application needs to be user-friendly, intuitive, and secure. Experience with similar web applications, performance management systems, and time tracking software would be a great asset. A strong understanding of ANGULAR UI DESIGN, Java with Spring Framework and MYSQLI is essential.
