Elementor Landing Page Conversion Wizard Needed

The initial task is just to put a simple one page landing page that is currently on Lead Pages and move it to Elementor with the exact same design and responsiveness.

However there will be long term work should the freelancer prove successful. I am Looking for someone with experience of conversion rate optimisation, building high converting responsive landing pages with Elementor and regularly split testing to ensure my clients get maximum leads for their ad spend.
