Overview:
We are looking for a skilled designer to create a 2025 diary/planner along with a desk calendar, both themed around stock market and investing. The goal is to design layouts that are functional, organised, and visually appealing, incorporating sections for budget planning, trading app features, investing quotes, self-development, goal-setting, and daily organisation.
Scope of Work:
The diary and desk calendar should promote financial wellness, self-growth, and productivity while reflecting a cohesive design that aligns with our brand colors.
Total pages to be designed for diary: 24
Key Sections to Design for the Diary:
Full-Year Calendars
(2 pages): 2025 and 2026 calendars with a month-wise view on a single page each.
Affirmations Page:
(1 page): Space dedicated to daily positive affirmations for motivation.
Gratitude Journal:
(1 page): A section for users to reflect on daily gratitude.
Goals & Vision 2025:
(1 page): Combined space for outlining personal and professional goals, plus a vision board for visualizing aspirations.
Monthly Budget Planner:
(13 pages): Two-page spread per month.
Front: Monthly Budget Planner Template (1 DESIGN or template)
Back: Investment quote and app feature promotion (12 different designs in same template for each feature)
Daily Planner with Weekend Layout:
1 template that will be used for all weekday pages
Header: Date and Day field
Ruled lines body and
Footer: Boxes for organizing tasks, schedules, and well-being tips (habit tracker)
1 template for weekend pages: Saturday-Sunday on the same page with a half-and-half layout.

A functional desk calendar with a month-wise layout.
Design should include important stock market dates and holidays, along with investing quotes and motivational tips.
Ensure a cohesive design that complements the diary.
Design Requirements:
-The design should be vibrant, punchy, and engaging while staying aligned with our brand colors.
-Prior experience in designing diaries, planners, or desk calendars is highly preferred.
-Proficiency in design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) is required.
-Layouts should be clean, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
-We require the raw design files (InDesign/Illustrator files) to be submitted on a CD upon project completion.

-Finalized design files in editable formats (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/CDR).
