Edutainment Portfolio & Gallery Website

I am looking to create a web project that serves as both a portfolio/gallery and an edutainment blog.

I need a custom, animated type in sync with the voiceover as html/css at the bottom of the AnimSoundNav.html file.

Ideally
-the typeface should be easily swappable
-the length of the text animation should be timed to the length of the audio file and split up in several text chunks
-the text should be readable on any android/iphone webbrowser


Ideal Skills:
- Web Development: A strong background in web development is essential to ensure the site is well-constructed and user-friendly..

Experience:
- Previous work on portfolio or gallery sites will be advantageous.
- Experience with creating and managing edutainment content will be a big plus.
-experience with embedding verge3d files
