Ecommerce website

Help me in...hello . i want to create an ecommerce website based in Qatar. I want visitors to be able to choose language in the beginning and i want it in two languages Arabic and english. I will have around 100 products which i could add myselves, give price etc. some items i want to make it enquiry based. It there a way you could make the description I add will be translated to arabic automatically? and can the site be made SEO optimized.
