Ecommerce Website Development

Thank you for taking the time to read. My name is Vitalii and I am the owner of Topoakes. We are a bathroom retailer of many products relating to the bathroom industry. We have closed down our physical location and will be opening online only. Current website is Topoakes.com and we are looking for a full overhaul.
Things we need for the new website.
1. Categorization list ( provided by us) Like Bath/Home/Art/Decor etc with its own subcategories.
2. Ecommerce setup with full payment system. Paypal/Mastercards/etc
3. We won't only be selling our own products so we would need someone experienced with dropshipping and proof of working e-commerce experience.
4. This is a whole website overhaul and will look entirely different. I can get more into the details over the phone/zoom/whatsapp. Ideally it would look similar to this https://www.westelm.com/ but, with our own style/changes and more.
Things we will be hiring for during this project if you have recommendations.
