Ecommerce Branding Specialist

I don't want more than 10 bids.. I posted and reposting as I got 114 bids not manageable
Rules
1) We be on same page - what is branding here? Since I am posting this project and talking to each bidder, I want to hire a deserving company/bidder who is expert and can help me.
2) don't sell me website changes alone.. some aspects can change but not all. I have website designers/developers. I will shar-e website with deserving bidders.
3) Tasks need to be for 45 days.. If more than 45 days, I can not.
4) I pa-y but to those who are on the same page.. I am bad in mood and short on time so listen to what I need.
