EasyWP Real Estate Website Design (Theme Pre-Installed)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
EasyWP site, Houzez theme already installed. This is a real estate agent site. Have not had time to learn how to design myself and get everything functional. I think most of the features I want are relatively straight-forward to someone who's familiar with the platform, but please correct if that's a misconception. List of main work I'd like done (attached homepage screenshot for reference):
-Change webpage icon
-Change top left icon to personal branded logo
-Remove the create a listing button in top right, moving that feature to a hidden page that only I can access
-Expand the menu to include 4 other categories, one of which is an external link, and another I would like to integrate another external webpage within my website
-Change footer and update social media links
-Include two required notices in the bottom (just above footer) section that can be downloaded when clicked
-Update contact/inquiry form
-Add three info pages linked to the "Learn More" buttons on the home page
I'll have the artwork and verbiage to include, although I am open to changing the visual design of the landing page. In general, the most important thing to me is getting the design part properly setup and formatted. I think the interface is intuitive enough to where I can change text afterwards if needed
Preference to anyone that's familiar with the Houzez theme and/or has experience with design geared towards real estate.
Am open to potential SEO and general optimization work as part of this project or as a second phase.
