ERPNext Installation and Multi-Brand Configuration + WooCommerce Integration -- 2
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are seeking an experienced ERPNext specialist to assist in the configuration and customization of an ERPNext system that supports two separate business entities. The ERPNext platform will already be installed on a VPS, so this project focuses on functional setup, structure, and key integrations.
The implementation will be phased, beginning with general configuration, branding per business unit, and preparation for future integrations.
Phase 1 – Scope of Work
Company Setup & Branding
Configure two companies within ERPNext:
Company A: Property management (with interest in rental management extensions)
Company B: E-commerce and technical services
Define distinct business lines per company (via print formats and branding)
Configure multi-letterhead support and custom print layouts for documents such as invoices and quotations ( the designs come from us, just implement them)
Core Configuration
Configure:
User roles and permissions
VAT structure (Belgium), fiscal year
Email templates and notifications
Document numbering schemes
Subdomain or branding-based logic for document generation (optional but preferred)
WooCommerce Integration
Install ERPNext WooCommerce connector
Configure and test synchronization with one WooCommerce shop (products, orders, customers)
Provide brief documentation or handover instructions for further shop integrations
B2B Invoicing via Peppol (Important)
Advise and/or configure existing Peppol-compatible add-ons or modules to send B2B invoices (Belgium)
Guidance on compliance and e-invoicing integration within ERPNext
Bank Synchronization (Preparation)
Define and prepare structure for linking incoming and outgoing invoices to bank transactions (CODA/SEPA parsing)
Recommend modules or methods for this linkage (e.g., custom script, third-party plugin)
Required Skills
Strong ERPNext & Frappe Framework experience
Experience with multi-company configuration
Familiarity with WooCommerce ERPNext integration
Knowledge of B2B e-invoicing practices (Peppol or similar)
Understanding of bank feed synchronization (e.g., CODA, SEPA formats in Belgium)
Project Details
ERPNext version: latest stable (already installed on VPS)
Hosting: Self-managed (VPS access available if needed)
Language: English
Future Phases (not part of this job, but potential follow-up)
Multi-shop WooCommerce integration (up to 10 brands)
Maintenance ticket workflows and calendar-based scheduling
Marketing automation (via Mautic or n8n)
Supplier catalog import and automated price updates
