ERP Website Development/improvement

Looking for good developer/team to develop website and support is needed for at least 2 years.
Developer needs to be quick and responsive and work with committed deadlines.
Tasks and milestones are as below,

API exists in PHP Laravel.
Skillsets - Javascript, PHP, Laravel, vue js, MySQL.

1. Convert PSD front-end design to HTML - $15 - 1 day.
2. Improve and convert current javascript code to vue - $15 - 1 day
3. Merge the existing three pages and enable caching. - $100 - 2 days
4. Create a proofreading page using existing database - $100 - 2 days.
5. Create Login with google and email (with email verification) create user id for each user - $100 - 2 days.
6. Create a chrome plugin with existing API - $100. - 4 days.

7. Create ERP for individual user store the created content in his account for further retrival and editing - $200 - 7 days.

We are ok to extend budget for compitant developer.
Project will have extensions for atleast another 2 years so should be ready for long term service.
