As part of my involvement with a very new company/business, there is an immediate requirement for an impressive e-commerce website to be built from the ground up. This platform will not only sell physical goods and digital goods (educational and informational videos and downloads) but also provide recommendations for services. It isn't just your ordinary e-commerce site -- it also needs to deliver insightful informational content to our visitors.
Key features should include:
- Integrated payment system: This feature is essential to ensure the smooth transaction of customer purchases. We already have Clearpay for something else.
- Vibrant product display: Thorough, appealing, and detailed presentation of each physical and digital product we have on sale. Needs to showcase services as well.
- We need to have access to add video content and 'bundles' of information for sale
- It will need to allow for 'drop-ship' of products
- We will need the 'customer journey' and questionnaires for recommendations to be integrated.
- Information section: A dedicated space for industry tips, advice, and any other relevant data.
- We want to have the ability to create individual logins for customers to view their profile or their plan
- We want to be able to sell subscriptions to advice, product and recommendation packages
- We want someone very familiar with SEO friendly copywriting and can prepare us with research in the male wellness field to ensure the google trawl works well
- We need to ensure any search terms are included for optimal results
