Dynamic WordPress E-commerce Site

I need a WordPress website with WooCommerce to showcase my business services, host a blog, and manage e-commerce. The site must be hosted on my Plesk-managed server.

Requirements:
- Dynamic homepage with parallax effects or mouse movement
- Sections: Home, About Us, Contact Us, FAQ, Projects, E-commerce
- E-commerce features: Product listings, Shopping cart
- User login for clients to manage orders and track processes
