Dynamic Business Website With Admin Panel

A Website with four main features
1st is a landing page, which is like telling about all the mobile apps which my business own.
2nd is a blog post feed, the users visiting my website could navigate to blogs section, here they would find documentation or blogs posts related to my apps or technology.
3rd is user admin dashboard, the users could create an account and login to their profile. Upon login they would be navigated to dashboard. In the dashboard they would be able to upload PDF documents, which then gets uploaded to google cloud storage(the API would be provided. to the website developer). In the dashboard there would be a chat bot kind of interface, where the user has ability to chat with the bot and receive responses from the google cloud platform API( the APIs would be provided to the website developer)
Fourth, the site admin dashboard, through which the site admin could post or publish blogs or documentations (which are supposed to be shown in the blogs section of the site).
Technologies preferred are Python Django and Google Cloud Platform.
