Donation Screens Management Website Development

I'm looking for a skilled website frontend developer to create a platform primarily focused on managing screens that run a donation software.

1. Website Description
The concept of this website is to empower the user (Zakat committee or charitable team) to manage donation screens owned by them. Donation screens feature donation software that allows people to donate to various charitable initiatives specified through the website. The committee account website comprises several sections: Devices Section, Charitable Initiatives Section, Statistics Section, Advertisement Content Section, and Users Section.
In the Devices Section, all devices owned by the user are displayed along with details such as device number, location, device connectivity status, and other data.
In the Charitable Initiatives Section, a list of charitable initiatives (up to 12 charitable initiatives maximum) is displayed along with the content of each charitable initiative, consisting of the initiative's name, e-payment service code, and a video shown to the donor after completing the donation process.
In the Statistics Section, details of donation statistics are displayed, such as total donations for each charitable initiative and total number of donors.

2. Website Requirements
- Login Page
This page is used to log in to the committee's account or the system administrator's account.
Display an alert prompting to enter the username and password upon clicking the login button.
Display an alert in case of an error in the username or password.
Display a "Forgot Password" option.

Display a daily/monthly chart of donation amounts/donors.
Display the number of activated devices and deactivated devices.

Edit the list by rearranging, modifying display duration for images, or deleting files.
Activate/Deactivate display file.
Ability to specify a time frame for displaying the file (selecting a specific day, time, date range).
