I'm looking for a proficient web developer to create a three-layer website for a doctor's appointment application. The site should have a UI built with either Angular or React, a middle layer developed using Java Spring Boot, and a backend powered by MySQL.

The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience with Java Spring Boot and MySQL, as well as a strong portfolio in either Angular or React for frontend UI development.
Access Control:
- The website will require a role-based access control system, so experience implementing this type of security is essential.
