I am looking for experienced individuals to help me with managing distressed assets. Specifically, I am looking for someone to work with real estate assets, for which I am comfortable evaluating myself. Additionally, I do not need any assistance in liquidating assets as I can handle this step by myself. Therefore, I need help in providing me guidance on managing such assets. The ideal freelancer should have expertise in dealing with various types of distressed assets and must be able to devise strategies on how to improve the value of such assets.
