I am seeking a competent and innovative freelance developer to build a web platform aimed at facilitating communication and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement a user-friendly interface that caters to general consumers.
- Ensure the platform allows efficient and seamless communication and collaboration amongst users.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- A thorough understanding and significant experience in web development.
- Prior experience in creating similar communication or collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of consumer-focused design and usability.

This digital service does the following:
* you register with it (with email, phone number or social account)
* You choose to be assigned to a random group or a group of your own make.
* The group will be 2-10.
* Each one in the group will be sent a page in a book until this book is finished.
* The page can be sent via email or to the account or to the WhatsApp or telegram (optional to go to phone as sms).
* It should be international so not directed to a certain population.
* If someone is lurking in the group (not finishing the reading) to be detected and have a gentle reminder. If not responding, to be removed from the group and a new person assigned. This to be within the power of the starter of the group.
* There would be a choice of how much details the contact is happy to reveal to the other members of the group.
* There can be option to initiate a WhatsApp or telegram group, and all the members be assigned to it. Then messages to be sent to this group with the name of each person. I think this will need to be as a whatsapp or telegram bot.
* There will be 5-6 books and may need to be someone who can negotiate the copyrights with the publisher.
* It needs to be in both Arabic and English.
I do not need marketing for it.
I want it ad free or if possible ad which suits its content to fund the costs of the website.
I want to know can this be done? How much will this cost me digitally? How much will your services cost me?
