Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Use only MongoDB, Angular and Node.
1. Import patient data as it is in the excel sheet.
2. Import PDF data as claim form ( Perform, PDF Print, Text Extraction, generate Json file for the indexing parameters).
3. Match the claim form data (Step 1 & Step 2) to be converged.
4. Patient to have the PDF claims / Consent forms / Leave forms to be associated with (we can begin with claim forms).
5. Prepare a canvas to get electronic signatures from the patients.
6. Store / Imprint it with the PDF pages (Signature fields).
