I am in need of a rate and quote management system for my freight forwarding business. Currently, we are using spreadsheets to manage our rates and quotes. However, we are looking to streamline this process and make it more efficient. The platform will enable our clients to put basic shipment information and get the freight cost.
This is the first step of our project, we will add more functionality later.
Integration with our existing systems is not a definite requirement, but it may be considered depending on the feasibility and benefits it can provide. Therefore, experience in system integration would be beneficial.
In terms of security, we require a medium level of security measures to protect our sensitive data. This includes encryption, user authentication, and data backup.
