Digital Asset website build

We require a brochure website, but due to compliance restrictions we will need users to login and to leverage the Wix platform database to securely hold this login information. We had an internal resource start the process of design within the Wix platform but due to conflicts they were re-assigned and we need to hire someone to complete this project.
