Dictionary website with geo-mapping

Dear Freelancers,

I need to build an online dictionary that can allow people to add new words and put them on a map. The idea is to have a resource that allows people to consult words and see where those words are used.

Needs to have:
- same layout as Urban Dictionary (https://www.urbandictionary.com/)
- consumers can create a profile and add words
- visitors can "like" or "dislike" a word
- words cannot be repeated, but new meanings can be added to an existing word
- social media shares for each meaning (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram)
- any new word needs to have a "localization" feature, like adding it to Google Maps
- the website needs to be created on Wix or Squarespace
- basic SEO

I already have the domain, the logo, and the color palette.
