The application is intended for construction companies and aims to centralize the management of projects, teams, documents, and budgets, with an innovative feature: automatic pre-budget creation using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Main Features:
1. Project Management
Creation and tracking of construction projects (general data, location, client, status)

Status updates (planned, in progress, completed)

2. Work and Quantity Map (MTQ)
Structured in chapters and subchapters

Units, quantities, unit prices, and totals

3. Team and Human Resources Management
Assignment of workers per project

Attendance control, absence logs, and travel registration (e.g., private vehicle use)

4. Cost Control
Expense tracking per project (materials, equipment, subcontractors)

Comparison between estimated and actual costs

5. Document Management
Upload and organization of documents per project

Alerts for licenses, reports, and deadlines
