Developer for Care-Matching WebApp

Our goal is to develop a Reactive Web App that would help match care-providers with care-seekers (similar to what SitterCity does). We have requirements specs that we can provide to help get started on the project. The App must have web and mobile user authentication, as well as e-commerce integration and social media integration. For the e-commerce aspect, we would need features like checkout, payment processing, billing, etc. The social media integration should include features like logging in using social accounts, etc. We’re looking for in-depth knowledge of Web App development process, someone who can develop efficiently and according to our design specifications. Experience with creating an App with similar functionalities is a major plus. Building must be done with latest technologies and best coding practices.
