Develope a Recruitment website

Hello! We're looking for a website developer to develop a recruitment website. We're looking for somebody who has knowledge in UI/UX design and website development, preferably candidates who are located in South East Asia and Asia as to make sure the difference in time zones are not too far. We're looking for a website design with employer and job seeker interfaces along with other features that would be discussed once candidates are shortlisted and chosen. Candidates should also be able to complete the job within a short period of time. Candidates MUST have/show any portfolio of their past projects in web development as well as ui/ux design before this project is awarded.
