Develop a website

I am looking to create a website for an existing business. This website will be built with a responsive design, allowing it to be used across multiple devices and platforms. I am looking for the website to include a content management system, and enable the user to not just share content through social networking websites. The webpages themselves will include both text and embedded media, allowing me to create a dynamic story with visuals.
