Develop my website

We have a CSGO community with game servers and we would like a WEB application (Backend + Frontend) ReactJS or VueJS/NuxtJS --> Onepage Web app (Not reloading pages).

What the web app should have :
- Landing page
- Connect via Steam
- Each player has its own space + stats page
- FAQ + Policy + Contact page
- Top up balance modal window (paypal + crypto)
- Other pages with data from a database
- Friendship system + chat (live chat + group chat)
- Admin Dashboard
- Servers status page (Map, player count, IP:PORT, players list with steamIDs, etc)
- More
