Develop online platform that sells photos at mass sport events

www.SportPix.it takes photos at mass sport events (running, cycling, triathlons etc) and then sells them online to the individual participants.
We want a platform that shows a list of all the events and each participant can click on the event icon and see his/her photos via bib number of facial recognition (must use Amazon Facial Rekognition) and then purchase them.
