Develop a job board platform with social connection

Im looking for someone to help me with a project to develop an MVP for a unique workforce management platform / jobs board. I have a basic wireframe and logo. I would need both UI UX design and platform development. As I am looking to build an MVP I would be happy to have something developed on platform like bubble.io. I want someone that I can communicate with via video conference or face to face if you are NSW based that would be great.
