Develop and design visa portal

Hello, we want to have a website made for applying for a visa for the European Union.
The website must have a nice and sleek design. Responsive on mobile and very user-friendly. We want to have the website made in English and then we translate it into French and Arabic.
Visitors must be able to click on a button directly on the landing page to check whether they meet the basic requirements. This by means of a typform form of 2 questions about their circumstances.
If the visitor qualifies on the basis of the answers given, a new screen will appear in which the visitor is informed of his options. The visitor can then click on a button to start answering 24 questions by means of a typing form. It concerns questions regarding personal data of the applicant, his partner or child. To keep it simple and user-friendly, we think that answering 4 questions at a time/screen would be best. Also with a time-line. So the first 4 questions is says 1/6 and the second 4 questions it says 2/6 etc etc.
When customers start filling an application form it will automatically be saved as a draft. This way customers can edit or delete an application form as long as it is not submitted. When customers have completed an application form and they’ve added the necessary documents they can submit their application. They need to receive a personal confirmation of their submitted application and they also receive a login to follow the status on the website.
After the application is checked by us, the customers receive a notification by e-mail and a payment link (Stripe).
After payment we want to integrate the detaills of the customer in the Schengen visa application form (PDF). This form has a total of 32 questions is which we will fill in the remaining 8 questions. It should also be possible to integrate some of the answers to a letter (PDF) for example name, birthday and adress.
