Develop a custom Inventory management Web App

For minimum 5 year experienced full stack web app developers

Develop a highly custom inventory management on web app.
No templates to be used. Ui/UX to be designed and then complete web app for the inventory management needs to be built. Paper sketch of app flow and screens are ready.

Your task will be,
1. Design the UI/UX completely from paper sketch idea.
2. Develop the complete system from scratch.
3. Hand over the complete inventory management Webapp hosted. Handover the complete source code.
4. Proper dashboard need to be designed and developed as well.

Maximum number of page is 25.

Looking not just a developer but good communicator. We will need to have multiple audio call meeting for further discussion.
