Website for Truck Signs
The owner of the business is Tim. Tim puts digital signage on the sides and back of trucks, then rents the time as marketing just like a stationary billboard would.
For the website, my vision is to have the user interact. The landing page will simply be a three dimensional model (three.js) of a generic delivery truck. The user can rotate the 3D truck with his cursor (finger on an iPad) to view it from any angle.
The signs displayed on the 3D model truck will advertise Tim’s business. But the user will have an easy way to replace Tim’s advertisement with his own ad. He will simply select different examples from a list. But he will also be able to change what the text says. If he has a .png file of his own, he can use it. In this manner, the user will ’see’ how his ad will appear on the truck.
