Destination Fuel Price

I have multiple aviation fuel suppliers with pricing (call it Contract Fuel) at certain airports through out the world. When I do a trip plan, there are times I have to make a fuel stop and would like to know the best prices for fuel. For example, a flight from KJFK to KLAX would require a fuel stop. I would like to plot a line across an aeronautical chart and have all the Contract Fuel locations show up so I can easily move the map around to see my fuel prices at those locations. Fuel contract price list comes every couples of weeks via a csv file so I would need to be able to easily load those into the program. Take a look at Skyvector.com for the type of aeronautical chart I would need to use.
