Designing a website to suggest the most appropriate investments for the user based on the degree of risk and expected return

I am looking for a website designer who can create a platform that suggests the most appropriate investments for individual investors based on their degree of risk and expected return. The website should be designed with a modern aesthetic and feature basic investment information to educate users. The ideal candidate should have experience in web design and development, as well as a strong understanding of investment concepts. The project will require the following skills:
- Web design and development expertise
- Knowledge of investment concepts and strategies in Saudi Arabia (Equities, funds of all kinds, real estate development, debt instruments, debt crowdfunding, equity crowdfunding)
- Strong understanding of user experience design
- Ability to create a modern and visually appealing website
- Experience creating educational content for users
I am open to suggestions and recommendations from the designer and would like to work collaboratively to ensure that the final product meets my needs and expectations.
