Designing dataset query for wix site

I am in need of a skilled designer to help me create a small dataset query for my Wix site. The primary dataset that I am working with is User Data. The project is very small. I have a dataset of students. I want to create a result page where students can put their registered email/phone number. After clicking the search button a table is generated indicating the makers obtained by him in different subjects.
