Designing and building a blog template

Design and implement a blog template for our website https://agoradigital.co/.

Requirements include the following:
Main blog page
- Preview of each blog article (image and title)
- Ability for user to sort by newest/oldest
- Organize blog content by topics/ tags:
> Should be designed in the backend so that admins can create new tags and tag subsequent blog posts on their own
> Feature should support multiple tags per blog post
Individual blog posts:
- Standard elements: title, description, body text, image, etc.
- Ability for user to share post (either with direct link to major social media platforms, and or ability to copy link)
- (Optional) allow users to comment on blog post, and for admin to respond

Other requirements
- Default url for each future blog post should be under https://agoradigital.co/blog/ (e.g. https://agoradigital.co/blog/(post name or title)/
- Easy to adjust font and format (e.g. font size, color, spacing, style, image within the text etc)
