Designer with html knowlegdes Ui/UX

We are looking for a designer who is able to customize on the current INSPINIA Template a data optimized business dashboard by a logical and intuitve user experience. Knowlegdes of economical procedures should be available so that a standalone work can be done.

This project is not suitable for simple designers with no knowledge of European and world economics
