UX/UI Designer wanted -- 2

We seek a UX/UI Designer to make recommendations for our real estate and business listing website www.newlista.com. The designer will create a mock-up page for the detail listing search page after the initial input of the search is made. Please note that our website is not for Brokers, Realtors, or Agents, but the Owner of Properties and businesses only. At the top of our front page, both general searches and advance searches are together. We decided to split those up, with the first page searching for the property type or business type, the country, state, and zip code. Once the search pulls a list of properties or businesses with their map locations, the user can do a filter search or advance search to narrow in the type of property they are looking for. When the users look at the detail page, the listing will have the buttons to share the listing to others by social media and email it to someone. Also, there will be a button to make an offer on the property or business and a button to save the search. We will highly consider candidates that have a background in designing real estate and business listing websites.
