Designer needed for update and refresh of current nonprofit voter information website

I am looking to do a mobile first refresh of our voter information website. It currently has an old site built in Drupal and a new site currently in development in React. The designer will need to be able to take existing designs to update for usability and provide a modern look for all audiences. The theme also needs to be extendable to be able to accommodate color switches depending on the URL.

This project will be about 1-2 pages to start with the possibility of 1 to 2 more pages depending on the work submitted.

I have a pretty quick turnaround to have this completed before the end of the month.
