Project Overview:
We are building a web-based CRM platform for the real estate industry, including modules for project/unit management, lead handling, bookings, and admin dashboards.

We are looking for a UI/UX designer to design the full Phase 1 user interface in Figma (responsive for web only).

Scope of Work (Design Screens Required):
Login / Forgot Password

Dashboard (Role-based: Admin, Builder, Owner)

Project List & Detail View

Unit Manager (Available, Booked, Sold)

Lead List + Detail View

Booking Flow (Form + Summary)

User Management (Add/Edit)

Document Upload + Due Letter Screen

General Settings + Notifications

Total: approx. 16–20 web screens

What We Expect:
Clean, modern UI (Tailwind-style or similar)

Reusable Figma components (buttons, tables, cards)

Proper spacing, typography, consistency

Responsive design (desktop & tab view)

Logo design (optional – bonus)

Deliverables:
Figma design file with complete screens

Organized page structure

Reusable components

Developer-ready layout (no prototype needed)
