UI Designer Needed for Upgrade of Online Budgeting Tool

We have developed an online budgeting tool that links in with Xero. We are planning to add a dashboard, a menu bar, and a startup wizard to make this tool more user-friendly. We are in the process of planning these improvements and would like to start the UI design work as soon as possible. We plan to have the upgrade completed within 3-4 months.

The UI needs to be written in Bootstrap 5 and React.
